My weight loss has stalled.  What do I do?

  • Don’t worry. We are here to help! At the sign of a first plateau (after 1 week), we will encourage you to make sure you are drinking enough water, double-check your portions and that you are doing your Accelerators.
  • However, if you don’t see a change after a second week, we will suggest that you adjust your plan to get better results. This may be changing your carb cycle, reducing calories, or both. You get to choose to accept our adjustment, or stay the course and give your body another week or two. If you select to adjust, we’ll take care of the rest…and we’ll keep the scale moving in the right direction!
