Every time you plateau we will step you down again. Eventually, we may step you down to 1500-1250 calories - but only if we need to! In the meantime, we have stepped your body down gently, causing minimal physiological stress and allowing you to eat a plethora of foods - never feeling deprived!

When beginning the program, it is important to eat somewhat aggressively, since it may be difficult to get all of the food in.
It takes about 3 to 5 days for your body to adjust to the volume of your meals and eating every 3 hours. That’s when your ‘metabolic clock’ will be set. You will know it because you will finally find yourself hungry every three hours. Now, you can feel confident that if you eat all of that delicious food, you will achieve your goals!
