For the Beginner Bodyweight Weight Loss program, you don't need any equipment except your body. You can train anywhere - at home, in a hotel room, or even in your office break room! For the Advanced Bodyweight Weight Loss program, all you need is a pull up bar and a box or bench.

For the Physique programs, we do recommend gym access, or at least home weight equipment (dumbbells, weight bench, barbells, resistence bands/loops etc). 

For the Cross Training programs, we have a bodyweight program (all you need is a bench and a pull up bar), and we also offer a full Equipped program (for those with access to functional training equipment).
